Writing A Poem

I try every time

But I just can’t rhyme

A poem is what I’d like to write

But it just seems like an unwinnable fight

It has been my dream

To live in a house made of cream

And I wish to write a poem on the same

But my rhyming skills are just so lame……..

I’d like to write on my ambition

Or on my country’s condition

But there is no creativity

Up in my head cavity

How hard could it be?

To find a word that rhymes with “tea”

Oh, but it is easier said than done

I pity myself for being so dumb

Hope isn’t out of sight

And one day, things would go right

I hope, I wish and I pray

That I’ll write a poem one day.
